Although there are definitely days that we struggle through, everyday is a new opportunity. Luckily, we do not have to relive the same day over and over. Remember the movie ‘Ground Hog’s Day’? Well, in real life it would not be all that funny. Think about the people you see every day. What would be their image of you? They are in part our mirrors. A simple smile or greeting to those that are a part of our everyday lives says to the world (and ourselves) that we acknowledge the day and take pleasure that it is a new one. And to our loved ones we can use any day to show them how much we care.
